What is a vegan diet?

A vegan diet is a diet that does not include animal products. It is also referred to as a plant based diet. The basic staples of a vegan diet include:

This program pairs well with the WW cookbooks, specifically the ones focused on sharing plant based recipes. View WW plant based cookbooks on Amazon. In these cookbooks you’ll find vegan recipes for snacks, breakfasts, lunches, meatless meals, dinners, and desserts which are paired with the points system.

Weight watchers purple plan is suitable for a vegan diet.
