Super easy pasta recipe
Here’s a quick and easy oil-free vegan pasta recipe made using the above Trader Joe’s products. This recipe is also budget-friendly, check out the cost per serving below.
Recipe: Boil fusilli pasta, drain. Return pasta to the pot and combine with spaghetti sauce and chopped kalamata olives or pitted green olives. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-3 minutes. Serve hot. Store leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

We use these tortillas to make hummus quesadillas, burritos, and also cut them into triangles and bake them to create chips.

These oil-free vegan rice cakes are so delicious and are low cost as well. They are perfect for enjoying as a snack, as well as slathered in your favorite nut or seed butter and topped with sliced fruit. Each bag costs just $2.99, with each serving costing just .23 cents. These are a great snack for kids as well.
Organic Ketchup
Ketchup is a staple in most American households, and this one is our favorite because it’s organic and inexpensive. Each bottle costs just $1.99, with each serving costing just .05 cents! This bottle goes a long way too. We like to use ketchup as a dip for roasted potatoes.
