Some people struggle keeping on track with a specific diet, this includes weight loss diets. For these people, weight loss programs have been created.

Following a weight loss program, often hosted by a company or organization, is helpful for losing weight because it can provide:

  2. Accountability through tracking intake of meals
  3. Progress reports through reviewing journal entries over a period of time
  4. Engagement sometimes with other people participating in the program
